If she can prove that these acts were deliberate then FF should be deemed a proscribed organization, its cummanns broken up and the party disbanded.
However, I suspect she has no proof at all of criminal intent by FF

We could never trust the Greens again. Their political corpse may serve a minor purpose as a warning to other parties but in reality the next party that gets a sniff of power with FF or FG will probably sell their souls for office and money too. The remaining Greens will carry on like the Workers Party but they will never have another TD.

Unless we have term limits and the right to recall our delegates from the Dail we will be cursed with a political class who have a different agenda to their voters. One go on the gravy train will set them up for life and they would need to be saints to turn it down when the chance presents itself.

Lenihan was a traitor. On Saturday before guarantee in Sept. 2008, he was at a FF function at a race track in Kilkenny and was not willing to take an urgent call from Trichet. A few nights later he gave the infamous guarantee to consternation of so many people. And he laughted as he told this on RTE. All this was before he became an ill man !

i'm confused....what did the Greens think was going to happen when they got into bed with F? i voted for them that time, because of principles i thought they valued. when they hammered out (got hammered by?) the deal with FF, and then from the get go let Dick Roche sweeten the optics (i HATE that word) on the Tara turnaround i'm pretty sure we all knew what was going to happen. even still, the fact that they clung on through the guarantee, the IMF, the by-election long fingering etc., while taking stands on stag hunting and dog breeding that ground the Dail to a halt as the country was spinning down the sinkhole was pretty socking...

seems like the famous rumble in Ranelagh was just Gormley's little belly, pining for power...

That just about sums up Gormley and the Greens. So grateful to FF for inviting them to the ball. Completely smitten schoolgirls. Did he even cop that Bert was doing deals with JHR and McGrath as insurance against the GP having a hissy fit

Breathing new life into Fianna Fáil is like breathing new life into the Black and Tans.

And dnot forget that double deal Bert did ( Greens and some Indos) was portrayed as a master stroke by some media pundits as a double Insurance Policy ! " Shure you can never be up to him"

Funny how when I hear on radio the Labour and Fine Gael politicians they remind me of Greens & Fianna Fail politicians before the elections. It's all the same - Politicians are of same feather whichever flock they are in... I used to admire Greens for their plain speak and knowledge before they got into power and then they suddenly seem to behave like set of politicians only interested in clinging on to power. Pat Rabbite nowadays speaks for five mins without making any sense to a common person whereas 12 months back it was the opposite.

With respect, that's rubbish. I'm not a great fan of the incumbents, but comparing them to the cowards like the comedy duo of D Ahern and Dempsey looking at each other and saying "what bailout, no bailout!" last year is grossly unfair.

You are welcome to disagree but that's how I saw things are especially for a few weeks before budget.
