Anything FG can do FF can do better seems to be the motto. Following hot on the heels of Offaly FG Cllr and publican Percy Clenndennan is FF Cork County Cllr Daniel Fleming from Blarney. Cllr Fleming has been hit for €778k including €263k in interest and penalties. That's a lot of lolly for a rural Ireland Auctioneer!

There are thousands of people who cannot pay their tax bills. The ridiclous lof penalties mean that they never will earn enough to cover penalties and interest.

I wonder will the FFers who decried the FG Cllrs tax evasion a few months ago similarly say the same things on this thread?
And yet there are hundreds of thousands of people who somehow do manage to pay their tax bills.
Clicking an ad a day keeps Politics.ie in business.
Only 1 out of the 84 listed this quarter........one the last quarter........that's a humungous strike rate for 750 people out of about 3 million adults.......
