Things are kicking off at the moment in the Dáil chamber. Sean Flemming is shouting his head off, and the Ceann Comhairle has a number of times now asked Michael Martin as party leader to silence his party member.

Yep, I was watching the whole lot live online from start to finish. Quite frankly farcical scenes in the Dail. In light of Fleming's antics, the Dail was initially suspended for 5 minutes. When it resumed again Fleming continued to shout over anyone who tried to speak on the order of business. Fleming is hoping that the CC will ask him to leave the chamber and garner the publicity that would go with this. The CC thus far is not taking the bait, and the chamber has descended to farce with Fleming shouting over all and sundry. The chamber is now on a second 15 minute suspension.
