    Can FF ever come back?

They are toxic now. The logo has shrunk. Their advocates speak with circumspection. They clock 10 percent in polls betimes. They are blamed for the destruction of the Irish economy. But are FF all bad? Will they ever be forgiven? Could they do a comeback? Or is everything changed, changed, utterly... ?

The same bankers & big business which financed and controled FF & the Greens also finances and controls Fine Gael & labor, it maters not which party grows or shrinks, the banking dictatorship still rules.
Where there is brass there is poverty near by. We are getting nearer to a dictatorship where your purpose is to slave, live in debt, ratify agreements and consume rubbish.

I fully expect them to be in government after the next election. FG/Labour will be so hated by then that FF will walk in.
FG were supposedly finished in 2002 and where are they now?
100 posts before you can start a thread or send a PM? You're joking, right?

On one level, I do. But there is something funny about Ireland. I no longer feel I know Ireland. I have no idea. The consequences of the last 5 years have to work themselves out, I feel. I mean, don't you think it would be better if the Euro was to go completely into freefall and take the world economy with it? Do you know what that might mean, in reality?

I think it is wise to be alert to this possibility. There are other possibilities for voters out there, you know.

I am asking two questions. 1. Are they completely finished, as in the PD's? Are we witnessing the departure of the Mary O'Rourke's and the Mary Hanafins? On the other side, is there some niche, some political chink, where no one else but FF can play a part? Or: do we still need a bit of cute-hoorism?
