O'Donoghue should be retured he has had his time.......the p[erson who wrote thief after sean haughey is wrong sins of the father and all that..
think o'dea's public image doesn't help him he is actually a very competent minister and should be promoted to justice.......sheamus Brennan is another who has had his day he could return to the whips job..I rate Brian Lenihan as highly as you do but I would be reluctant to see him getting a big misintry straight off and bertie doesn't like him..it might also be worth dropping O'Cuiv......those changes would make a lot more room

Mary O'Rourke will not get a cabinet post, Hanafin may well lose out in seniority (star waning somewhat but will be kept in due to Women quota), Mansergh is a cert, Trev will not be Tanaiste, Cullen and Roche will be juniors
