Reality , there is no alternative to Fianna Fail

Over the past few months, it has been noticeable that those posting on P.ie are simply bashing Fianna Fail without putting forward any credible alternative policies. The fundamental question still remains, why did Labour and Fine Gael not cry halt at the last general election? Remember the Shinners wanted to raise corporation tax at the last general election. Where were those parties policies on regulating the banks three years ago? Before the legion of Shinner trolls jump in here, what about those recent educational spending cuts in the North, liars, liars. The opposition needs a dose of reality. It is hard decisions we need now not popularism
Fine Gael's new party slogan :Er, what year was that? Circumstances have, you know, changed a bit.

Oh, Labour and Fine Gael objected to all those planning applications and asked plenty of awkward questions, like no!!!!!

You seem to forget that Bertie was the ultimate populist.

It is true that the opposition failed to properly oppose the crazy bubble policies of Fianna Fail. "But are you happy" was the labour slogan in the last election.

The fact is we are going to elect a government with a huge landslide vote but very little enthusiasm for them. They will soon be strutting around foisting the same policies as FF on the population.

But punishing FF is the main objective for the next election. The new government will be a mere by-product.

FF destroyed our country. Why would you possibly support them?

There will be about 13 candidates in Galway west, 3 of them FFailures.
I will go all the way down the ticket except for FF and SF, ever since the day I cast my first vote. maFFia are the problem with this country, the only answer is to get them out.
Ask not what your country can do for you, but what you can do for your country!!!!
