Just heard on the programme another journom ask Bertie if he would answer the question about Padraig O'Connor that he refused to answer yesterday. His most terse, tetchy answer in a pure angry voice was "No I wont"!

Now, he has just said he wont fight the election in 2012 which means a vote for this government to return is for an unknown Taoiseach...And look at the hames Blair has made of the transition.

Is it true a FF flunkey tried to wrestle the mike of Brown at the interview?

    Thanks

    Minister
if the guy tried the wrestle the mike off vinny, id have some respect for him. instead he coyly tried to lay his hand on the mike and when it became clear vinny was going to let go, he took 2 steps back with a gob************************e grin on his face. what a tool :P

LADS. He had to suck up after raining on their parade of stamp duty. That way he can keep getting the good stuff from FF'ers

It was. It's a good job only fanatics like ourselves listen to it.

Browne is a clever old bird. If he just left it where after the 11 minutes he would find it pretty awkward to get people to be on his programs in the future. By allowing them ALL the oppurtunity to talk he quelshed all that.

I'm not sure I get the impression that he actually likes Bertie, he was almost apologising for his previous questions.
