What exactly are FF's political beliefs though?

I mean, when you think about it... what do they actually stand for?

It's most unlike attacking someone for the religious beliefs. Faith-groups are not elected to public office to run the country, Fianna Fail is and it's made an absolute dogs dinner of the whole thing!

    Accountability is what is needed!

I'm sure there are plenty of nice people in Fianna Fail, but they're totally spineless and put party before country all the time.

There's little point in doing this, those that realise they screwed everything up should be applauded for their honesty, those that steadfastly believe it was Lehman Brothers' fault, well they should be pitied, and maybe moved to secure accomodation?

Should hysterical posters who post completely stupid threads be laughed at or jeered, or pitied for having such simple opinions yet failing to be smart enough to keep them to themselves?
Are you a troll, thick or just corrupt, if none of the above please answer the following:
    1) why they are still in the Party or still support it?
    2) how do they characterise transferring €54,000,000,000 from taxpayers to bond holders, if it is not theft?
    3) How did Ministers expect that limos is the normal way to travel?
    4) Why was FAS allowed spend €1bn on itself when we had full employment?
    5) Can they stand over the fact that nobody gets punished for incompetence or corruption?

There was a line by Yeats about greasy tills. We have reached that stage alright. If it helps to make you more tolerant of people with opinions that differ to yours, I'll send you and the OP a tenner each to respect other people.
I think you will find the people who run FF are only interested in money money money money.

Tenner in the post for you. You can then say you have benefitted from FF and stop advocating hatred.

I answered your first question. Please have the courtesy to read my answers before throwing around the insults. As for your other four questions, when you learn concepts like civility I might address them.

Denounce every FF supporter you know as either 'inside the tent' beneficiaries of corruption, 'wannabies' who approve of their reckless behaviour, or stupid diehard loyalists who'd be better off supporting a football team instead of a political party. Remember, simply ask 'Are you corrupt or thick?', and leave it at that. If pressed on the corrupt aspect, ask why two former leaders have been in reciept of huge sums of money, and do they approve?

I've been criticizing them for years, and very few people will defend them to me now, they're either too ashamed or scared. If everyone anti-FF'er did this, we'd consign them to the dustbin of history in a few years.
It's brain dead sloganeering like that that makes me want to go and vote FF next time. Seriously.

I would have thought that blueshirts and anti-FFers would have finally realised that the way to encourage wavering FF voters to support them is not to describe them as stupid or corrupt. Obviously not. You fools really are this government's greatest allies

    Ah.

The internet equivalent of sticking your fingers in your ears and shouting 'na na na na na' any time someone with a different opinion tries to respond.

Well that was a stimulating and incisive debate.

You will vote for FF because of poor sloganeering, and are prepared to ignore:-
    - Ahern's economic illiteracy
    - ditto Cowen's
    - ditto Lenihans
    - Ahern's corruption
    - Soft touch regulation
    - Lighter touch tax compliance of 6000 cinderellas
    - €28,000,000,000 going to Anglo Irish Bank bondholders.
    - €31m on expenses to TDs in 5 years.
    - the Party of Benchmarking and decentralisiation
    - the Party who will bravely stand againt lowering drink driving limit (their current chief concern).

    Down with Slogans.
Edit: Borntorum, sent me the following message:
grow up, this is a politics website, not stormfront

I'm not money mad, but I am for honesty.

Haughey and Bertie made decisions which directly benefitted their donors, which very often were builders, and that section of the economy has caused us the most problems.

I vote FF because, despite the applling economic difficulties and the grotesque incompetence of some people within FF, I look around me and I like this country, and I like the part FF has played in making it what it is.
Do you think the country will be somehow less Irish if FF aren't in power, and do you approve of a poor Health service, dodgy roads, very little proper planning, price fixing?

There was a line by Yeats about greasy tills. We have reached that stage alright. If it helps to make you more tolerant of people with opinions that differ to yours, I'll send you and the OP a tenner each to respect other people.
Right, what you're saying is that anyone who complains about Haughey and co. taking money, the reason is because they're some unemployed begrudging loafer, resentful of anyone living the good life, instead of being a concerned citizen who worries about our innternational image and our ability to attract investment in a country so apparently tolerant of corruption and anticompetitive high prices which only benefit the FF cartel. I'm pretty happy with my life actually, and I want to root out inefficiency and corruption to make this country better.
