Dispelling the Myth of "Eurabia"

Yes they are a minority within a minority. Yes not every religious Muslim is a terrorist. I never said otherwise. But when 13% of British Muslims express sympathy for the 7/7 bombers it is time to take note. Throughout this thread people have tried to rubbish the Riddler but these same people either didn't or didn't bother to listen ot the extremists and what is driving them. They are driven by what they see as their religious duties as laid down in the Islamic holy texts. They make no reference to secular law or constitutions because they regard them as wrong or even evil. Thus they are a group quite capable of causing a lot of trouble or even bloodshed.

I don't think there will be Eurabia, nor do I think there are hordes of mad Mullahs and there followers waiting to swamp us. But there a significant number of Muslims in Europe who refuse to integrate into, and are hostile to, Western culture. They can be influential and they are often in leadership positions within Muslim communities. They need to be challenged and if necessary an eye needs to be kept on them and their bona fides needs to be checked out...thoroughly.

The link here tells of an anti-Semitic Saudi cleric being feted at a London Mosque. This runs to the heart of the problem.

The cleric called Jews "scum" and "rats" amongst other things but the Muslims community have not criticized him or condemned him but welcomed him with open arms. Why so? There are dozens of links I could give where this minority of extremists make incendiary comments but mainstream Islam not only refuses to condemn them but actually criticizes anyone who does. The Economist this week has a good article on the difficulty of going against the extremists and the grip they have on Islamic mainstream thought.

Of course you can deny that the articles on birth rates in Europe have anything whatsoever to do with muslims but the implication is clear enough that even Stevie Wonder could see it.

I can't remember what thread(s) this was on but I have a recollection of you repeatedly posting silly pictures of scary looking islamic types, sometimes several in one post, without any accompanying comment or explanation.
This is the behaviour of the mentally deranged.
And whether or not other people did the same - I didn't notice anyone else doing the same thing to the same extent as you, and even if they were, that's no excuse (I feel like I'm talking to a child here...)

I don't know what other forums you frequent but the normal procedure (again, I feel like I'm talking to child here, this really should be common knowledge...) is that people exchange opinions and views (their own, not those they copied from somewhere else) and you don't usually start linking articles and videos unless a need arises to provide a source for something you are claiming or if someone expresses an interest in further information.

The main thrust of the video was wrong, based on lies and falsifications. Individual details may have been correct, but the whole argument being made has been exposed as a lie.

Hiding behind YouTube, hiding behind 'statistics say', hiding behind weblinks. All you and your ilk can do is cut 'n paste items that back up your own blinkered views on reality.

If you have something to say, say it. And having said it, put forward a 'solution' in your own words. Or do you have the originality to do that?

If you can't answer these questions then it shows you are unable to reason and argue your perspective. If you feel strongly about something, at least have the courtesy of the conviction of your morals.

I have no problem debating with you the issues in question, if you are capable of debating.
