This also gives me reason enough to now consult the Muslim community and report you specifically and collectively to the Gardai... I mean we dont want a situation where a Muslim woman is harassed by the likes of you specially since you are cowardly threatening to do so over the internet...

Should I go ahead with this or will you take back your comments of insulting Muslim women in Hijab/Veil now?
I'm sorry, but do you really consider the above to be a civilized reaction to insult - broken bones and a visit to the hospital.

Any reaction to insult is in the power of the insulted person to determine. An insult only has power if, when it is throw at us, we give it its sting. If there is any truth in the insult, then take it on board and alter your behaviour; if false, then why give it any thought or allow it to bother you. Reacting with violence is simply uncivilized.

Finally, if a women wishes, of her own free will, to wear something that covers her face then the state should not prevent her; however, I for one do not think that such apparel is appropriate within any institution of the state, including the schools.

To mind mind dot this story is about the murder of a person in a courtroom.
There are many different tiers of courts.
I have been in courts in the O6 where there was no security.
Each and every country or even provinces of countries will have have different procedures for entering court buidlings.
This case was an appeal against a fine. This would surely be considered a fairly minor case and would be heard in a lower tier court.
    The end result was tragic.
But you seem to be using it as an example of violence against women and to further a feminist agenda.
This was a case of a person being murdered in tragic cicumstances and another being seriously injured and the the issue of adequate levels of security.

As for the off topic posters.....I believe each and everyone of you to be racist scum.
    Yeah you too Dr threat.

Edit. Hadn't seen Cato and Cauctus responses and they are the only exceptions.

This was a horrible murder. Racism and xenophobia addle the brain I think. People become obsessive and more and more hate filled. They don't see any bigger picture and its very easy for people to pull their strings and use them. Its the classic means by which the monied class splits and controls the people they want to exploit.

For x sake, killing over dress code ? Racism strips people of their humanity. Racist and xenophobic abuse lays the ground for beatings and killings.

This is a race issue, no doubt about it. Nobody telling nuns and brides they can't wear veils.

No. But I will start the very moment I believe that either of them is making a political statement.

Again different countries and different security arrangements.
I don't know the law in Germany or the province in question.
Though as I've said I've been in courts in the O6 with no security but there are plenty of police etc with guns.

As a side note and prob of topic as the poor person got stabbed 18 times, but the last time I heard of a stabbing in a well protected court was when the attacker brought in a sharp piece of wood. Can be lethal though not on the time I recall.

l would not call it a tragedy. The armed guard seriously wounded the plaintiff's husband, indeed the killer appears not to have been searched, did anyone bother to read the links ?

Isn't all dress a semiotic symbol and therefore a statement, political or otherwise?

I did indeed read the link. Was it not a tragedy ?
I've already explained my lack of knowledge about Germen courts and the different security arrangements in provinces of Germany. You seem to display the same lack of knowledge.
    What is your point ?
