I was hoping that someone could point me in the right direction as to track down the reports from both LSE and Sciences Po on the EU's legislative process after enlargement. I believe both reports maintained that despite enlargement, laws and directives continued to be adopted in comparitively pre-enlargement time scales.

Any info on where I might track these reports down via the net would be very much apriciated.
