    I have carried this over from the thread I started.

    Seeming the semi-autonomous Finnish Aland Islands is refusing to ratify the Lisbon Treaty if 4 demands, including their own MEP for the 27000 population and pariticipation in the Council of Ministers, are not met. Apparantly Finland cannot ratify Lisbon if the Aland Islands refuse to accept it. And some people were complaining about Ireland's 4million holding up Europe - ha! :mrgreen:
