How many more threads are we going to have on this topic? Its the French presidency, Sarkozy is trying to get in the headlines and he's got a lot of daft plans.
So far he's announced an EU army, a mission to Mars, that he'll boot out every last immigrant, etc etc.
This happens every french presidency, and nothing ever comes from it. We don't need a new thread on each one.
