The blue one with twelve yellow stars in a circle. One that I get the urge to rip to shreds whenever I see it.....

It's the flag you'll see on the reg plates of most cars and trucks etc.... blue with 12 gold stars in a circle...

The 12 stars symbolise the 12 countries that were in the EU at the time the flag was last updated...

They didn't want to keep adding stars whenever countries joined, so they stuck with 12...

It's the flag of the Council of Europe.

The EU uses a hell of alot but I'm not sure it can be called the flag of the EU

Flag of Europe - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia - "It is the flag and emblem of the European Union (EU) and Council of Europe (CoE)."

After today's performance against the Welsh, I'm not sure I care any more.

    Ah you do!

Ireland to win in Paris this evening, two tries for Keith Earls.

    Without the extra flag.
