Remember when you kept asking for the text of the Irish Protocol and refused to accept that the text of the Decision would be substantially replicated in the Protocol?
That was an example of when you could have contacted the relevant EU institution for information, instead of posting questions pointlessly here.

Looks like next week's summit is to agree the latest version as everyone now seems to agree on the changes. Finland seems to have been the main one insisting on amendments.
If the Treaty was actually 'signed' last year, looks like it was more an initialing by heads of state and government (agreement in principle) that would have no legal bearing in terms of meeting formal ratification requirements.
