One of our treaties is missing - anyone know who took it?

Even though it has been missing now for almost two weeks, I still have great faith in Insp. Mmclouseau to locate it for us.

The link to the draft treaty text has been posted. As the text in the link clearly states, "The Treaty is currently under revision, new version will be published soon".

If you're not satisfied with that, then so be it.

You could contact the European Commision's Legal Revisers' Group (juristes-reviseurs@ec.europa.eu) and ask how the revision is coming along.

Not really. It's perfectly possible that the treaty signed in July 2011 was agreed then, but has since been superseded by a new version, which will require signature and ratification.

As has since proven to be the case.
