    I'm guessing his logic is, Lisbon was undemocratic, and I was against it! But seen as though we all love Europe, it's time to get in there and make it work!

    Loosely translated as, "We paid Ganley to destroy Lisbon, because it would hamper our interests in Europe. But seen as though they all love Europe, it's time to make sure they integrate in a way that's better for us... Jeeves, call for Ganley!"
