A 2nd version of the new EU compact treaty has just been released (The government will not be pleased).

The Brits are not going to be pleased either. Well worth a read. I suppose we have already agreed to everything here?

Brian Hayes outlined our position in the Indo this morning.

We are committed to sign up to it, whatever it is, and whenever it is written.
