As I pointed out there were 23 parties in the election so there was a choice. When there are democratic free elections people have to accept the choice. They can protest peacefully and pressurise their representatives in parliament but what they should not be allowed to do is riot and smash the place. If they do the police have a duty to stop them. What annoys me are gobshytes on here glorifying people who destroy other people's property and threaten other people's well being. In the streets of Athens it is small business people struggling to provide for their families and employees and ordinary people going about their business that are the targets of these hoodlums. It is a disgrace that arm chair street warriors with cushy middle class upbringing and a cushy life (in world terms) provided for by the free market and liberal government that are the quickest to glorify thuggery.

23 parties... ya, and how many ran in all constituencies? Only 5 parties had candidates elected to parliament. [We had 6 parties elected in 2007-there is a choice, but i wouldn't be happy voting for any of them]

You then declare your devotion to the infallibility of the state machinery, and its monopoly on the acceptable use of force. (which you nearly got away with before your mask fell).

Lambros Fountas was shot dead because he opened fire on police officers who caught him red handed trying to steal a car.

His death had nothing to do with his anarchism but because the cops were protecting themselves was a nut with a gun who was trying to kill them.
