The Neda Agha Soltan Graduate Scholarship

I think this a welcome move by Oxford , many scholarships and fellowships are made
from bequests and from deaths. At this point I would mention the Elizabeth Neuffer
Fellowship (btw) and The Annual Courage in Journalism Awards (Obits and Imprisonments
abound there, including that of Anna Politkovskaya):

IWMF : International Women's Media Foundation - Reporting from Dangerous Countries Stifles a Free Press, Says Neuffer Fellow

I think it a wonderful way to mark the brief life of Neda and to encourage young
women/men to scholarship; and I am not so sure why the Iranians sent a letter denouncing
an act of Remembrance : BBC NEWS | Middle East | Iran denounces Oxford scholarship
    but they did..

$6,600 is a huge help with fees.

I would welcome it if they caught the bastard who shot her.

l think it is welcome nonetheless , though the *denouncement* is OTT.
