    I disagree.

    If carbon emissions are endangering everyone, then suitable emission rates should be worked out for each business. Emissions above this rate should be fined, all profitability deducted and those responsible, jailed.

    I agree with you about slavery.

    Well at least we agree about jailing and taking the profit from the effers

    I'm sure something could be backward engineered from the jailing bit that would suit all tastes.
