    Its an amendment to the 2000 Planning Act. John Gormley has gone nowhere near addressing the legacy of corruption and planning that have gone through
    the Houses of the Oireachtas nor has he addressed the issues I raised in the OP re Aarhus/ABP- it's sticking plasters but nothing really new.

    How many planning acts and development strategies have this and the previous government introduced since 2001
    (including Roads Acts, restructuring of the courts + nodding to EU Convention and Directive and who have they benefitted?)

    On Paper ABP were one of the groups directly effected by the SIB which included their radical restructure
    in order to ameliorate developer-led planning , thats along with our court infrastructure btw
