You don't understand. Climate change is BAD and DANGEROUS.

Although the temperatures may rise, it will in fact be much wetter and colder and the beaches will be washed away...

What ye worrying about?? We'll be fighting off alien robots by then so we won't have time for the beach anyway!!

Oh, and we'll have run out of time by then surely (according to gormless) cos we were told last year we only had ten(ish) years left till we hit critical mass... I swear some of you guys still believe in Santa and are only so obsessed cos his magical fairyland will melt (with your halfwit brains).

Well if it makes you feel any better a really good summer has been forecast...

    Met Office predicts good summer

I know it is a British forecast but it's close enough, hopefully it will make up for the last two years.

Maybe for the East of this Country but I wouldn't go book a month's hols in Cork/Kerry or the West Coast basing rational on this.

Evelyn Cusack was on Radio 1 a few days back and said the most they can do is 7-10 days and no more than that. Some other people like yer man in Donegal who sh_ites on about the deer going up the mountains again means a good summer will make their "predictions" but that particular fella was wrong last year

this thread is why climate 'skeptics'; should be ignored. They're nothing but children.

Go back to prison planet where you belong.
Actual morality is doing what is right regardless of what you're told. Religious morality is doing what you're told, regardless of if it's right.

So costal erosion is only a recent event.
We could do with a lot less rain here in the summertime.

"Global warming" if realised will be very bad for parts of the world but any real attempt to estimate what will happen over current trends is complete guesswork

It's a defence mechanism. If we didn't keep laughing, you alarmist cry-babies would drive us insane.

And if we get a good, hot summer, liked we used to when I was a child (and nobody had ever heard of global warming and carbon credits back then) we'll all be told we're doomed due to global warming and will fry. If it pi55es rain like the last 2 summers we'll all be told we're doomed due to global warming and will drown by Ireland disappearing into the sea.

Such totally unfounded, unproven, politically and commercially driven nonsense.
