Don't forget "Earth Hour" Saturday 28th March. It is time to protest.

We are being urged to take part in Earth Hour by living in darkness for an hour at the end of the month.

A billion people in a thousand cities around the world are expected to take part on Saturday March 28 from 8.30pm.
Major sites around the country including the Rock of Cashel and historic castles will be plunged into darkness along with public buildings in Dublin.
Environment Minister John Gormley has urged all homes and businesses to take part.

Therefore I urge all households to light every bulb and turn on every appliance possible. Send a message to John Gormley and his gomgreens that we are disgusted with his party's protection of Fianna Fail/banker/property speculator corruption for the last two years.

Let the lights burn brightly in Ireland tomorrow night.

    That's not Lisbon, it's a close-up of Gormley's heart.

Here's why I don't take part in this pointless tokenistic gesture:

10yrs ago i would have been all for this but quite frankly all i couldn't give a sh1te any more.
I'm not sure what it is about the greens but they have left me feeling like a lover betrayed by their continuance in government with the corrupt baboons ball bags that are FF.
Every time they open their mouths all i hear is noise.
Just cant believe anything they say or do anymore
