Eugenics is the applied science of the bio-social movement which advocates the use of practices aimed at improving the genetic composition of a population, usually a human population. It is a social philosophy which advocates for the improvement of human hereditary traits through the promotion of higher reproduction of more desired people and traits, and the reduction of reproduction of less desired people and traits

It is quite interesting how many of the founders of the trusts that fund those who promote the idea that global warming is caused by man were part of the eugenics movement....

Do you frighten children with the threat of Cromwell? Throwing mud because of the mistaken views of a certain scientist a century ago.

The Galton Lab is now a part of the biology dept of UCL.

Paranoia. Francis Galton was also the founder of modern statistical methods.

Eugenics was never a true science, though it had elements of the modern science of genetics. It was mostly a politically driven movement.

You better believe it. It was in the newspapers, even the Murdoch ones, so meets your criterion for truth.

No matter what happens, oil companies are winners, they're more than likely to gain from a carbon tax.
