Sure once Spencer was forced to admit he was doing it wrong for 20 years or so and the difference between the ground and satellite records was resolved in favour of the ground record.

In my opinion, ibis, owedtojoy are not fit to lick spencer's boots, let alone label him "contrarian", "sceptic", "denier" whatever.

What an odd statement. Spencer readily identifies himself as a "sceptic" and the label of "contrarian" accurately describes his counter-consensus views on a number of areas including evolution.
