Should climate change denial be made a criminal offence?

Should climate change denial be made a criminal offence such as Holocaust denial is in Germany and Austria?

Perhaps for Green Party Members only.

For the rest of us, Climate Change deniers are classified as the enlightened.
Cowardice asks the question - is it safe? Expediency asks the question - is it politic?
Vanity asks the question - is it popular? But Conscience asks the question - is it right?
And there comes a time when one must take a position that is neither safe, nor politic, nor popular;but one must take it simply because it is right. -MLK

No, and neither should holocaust denial.

We can't know how many morons are in the world if they're not allowed to speak.

    F'ucking hell.

80% of UN scientists investigating climate change have said there is little or no evidence to suggest climate change exists., Simple as that.
Every one sees what you appear to be, few really know what you are, and those few dare not oppose themselves to the opinion of the many, who have the majesty of the state to defend them.

The cult of environmentalism/neo-paganism reaches a new low.
Marxists, Feminists and Leftists operate on the basis of "liberating tolerance" - i.e. their ideas should be tolerated, and any opposition should be suppressed.

    Really? Do provide a link.

In answer to the question, no, absolutely not. Nothing should be taboo, and doubly so for science, which should always be open to criticism and change. Arguably, that's one of its defining characteristics.

.... are these the same 80% of UN scientists who told you, personally, that women who broke their pelvic bone were raped whilst drunk?
