Yep, very good idea to make the most out of it. I have come across an example, on a much lower scale but using the same principle, of a farmer using the excess heat from cooling the milk from his cattle to supply the heat to his house next door. i.e. transfer it instead of dumping it. He has a few minutes to cool the milk, once milked from the cows, to be usable to sell it.

Also, the further future is a future of automation, AI, robotics. The jobs as we imagine them will go away. If you think about this, we don't really need jobs. What we need is money, goods, services, houses, food, good roads, transport. Community needs no jobs if it can provide people with all this.

You know that they put them in racks and keep them in cages? Sometimes they are locked in and are only taken out of the cages when they die.
