Wasn't there supposed to be a demo of something like this in Dublin a few months back that was postponed? I heard the guy behind it on the Last Word. It'd be incredible if something like this was proven to work.

This is most amusing. The Australian "free energy" motor linked to seems to be much the same thing as Dublin company Steorn's Orbo motor. There are probably several other similar "inventions" drawing investors' interest in other places too.
Steorn's much-heralded demo -- in London last summer -- was a fiasco, and they haven't demonstrated anything since. Nevertheless, they seem to be in existence still, and still paying their employees. Where does the money come from?
