It is not just those threads. It is the takeover of all threads about the subject to make them an echo chamber for your opinion. Look at the sticky climate change debate thread. No debate there.

Deniers like you dominate this site. Your behaviour in Akrasia's thread demonstrates your desire to make any discussion not led by your point of view impossible.

Nice, now a claim that we're supportive of the government.

For the following sh!te you need to provide evidence:

Not so. Did you listen to Pat Kenny? Or the Sunday Forum last? It was all CRU this, East Anglia that. If other outlets have avoided it, it is because the scandal is insignificant to the science itself. It's all a political football. A month on and you lot have yet to provide evidence of why we should believe that a scandal in East Anglia means that there is a scandal in every climate science institution,
    Pat Kenny? Haha. Omgwtfbbqsauce

How is global warming not happening? Even if it is not human made, loads of people are going to die as a result of inaction and the greed of the ultra powerful companies who set agenda. At least we elect government - these guys can influence are lives in profound ways without any such election.

If those results were doctored, I have no doubt that it was done with the best intentions - to get the message out.

If you want real deception, just look at the influence of the big oil companies in major governments around the world.

Now, this has entered into the mythology of the right as a conspiracy of the left and it has entered into the mythology of the left as gospel. Whatever your creed, people will die (our children will live hard lives) if something isn't done, a step taken in the right direction.

All those greedy companies need to do is switch to developing clean technology. They could lead us into this new age if the so choose. If they continue to deny the fact that increasing flooding and extreme weather conditions are a direct result of our use of fossil fuels, they may just be the equivalent of the biggest criminal empire the world has ever seen.
