Lord Monckton read the original Treaty draft, and today managed to get a hold of the current draft.
I tried to find a draft on the web, but have not found one so far.

-Lord Monckton says it includes a 2% of GDP fee from developed countries to the overseeing organization
(so greater than the defense budget for the USA)
-The overseeing organization to be the IMF
-A further 2% tax on financial transactions
-Taxes of air travel
-The taxing body not elected, so taxation without representation
etc, etc.
