Would you ever get a sense of perspective? From your blather we would be convinced that the carbon tax would be more expensive than NAMA, health and welfare together.

As a memebr of FF, I will cheer the end of many FF career politicians. How about we start at 50% of them.
You seem to oppose most FF policies. Why are you a member?

They damage the credibility of three or four scientists. They raise questions about the integrity of one or perhaps two out of several hundred lines of evidence."

It will ! I predict the Phony tax will destroy (non Corporate) Industry in most western countries as I believe it was designed to do
Corporations will of course have many exemptions .
It don't get much more expensive than that .

I suppose at this stage it is useless to ask for your evidence? What is non-corporate industry? Do you know how expensive NAMA is (incl. interest rates)?

I had another listen to that thingy. It wasn't anything to do with Global Warming, it was more a slagging match between Kenny and Gibbons with Pilmer throwing in his tuppence of slagging.
So, not unlike these threads, then, with the science maybe a tertiary consideration. That's the problem with scientific problems in the political arena - people think the politics trumps the science.

Pretty much, and quite annoying to have 'politics' getting in the way of hearing any scientific argument. It ends up as a null value discourse.
