    Copenhagen..good news?

Looks like there will be no binding agreement at Copenhagen.

All hope is lost for Copenhagen climate treaty, British officials say - Times Online

Climate talks end in acrimony as poorer nations threaten walk-out Copenhagen | Environment | guardian.co.uk

Is economic reality knocking sense into the politicians at last?

Kyoto is dead and now Copenhagen looks like being stillborn.

Great news, anythinng that puts a limit on the possibility of economic growth would be a disaster right now.

All this tree hugging nonsense was all very well as a diversion from real issues when the global ecomony was doing well, now it's just a fatuous irrelevancy.
The Mahon Tribunal found Olivia Mitchell to have received an inappropriate payment from Frank Dunlop at the time of the 1992 Election. F.G. Gael has taken no action against her.

But that's nothing to do with climate change/AGW, it is just tax wrapped up in a "green" package.

That is what it is. Say hello to more tax morons. I'm sure **** is giving Gormley a carbon neutral blowjob right now. He offsets toxic death gas.

"We have reached the critical moment of decision on climate change.
Failure to act to now would be deeply and unforgivably irresponsible.
We urgently require a global environmental revolution."

Tree-phuckers / greens are fools and I would presume they see very little, especially if its logic they are supposed to be looking at.

They have brainwashed and worked the scam for the last 30 odd years ,they have found it the easiest way to make people feel guilty for living. They are not going to give it up ,it's the easiest way to implement a tax without a fight ,you cant beat a bit of guilt tripping to make people bend. The greens and climate nutjobs are the nearest things to fascists out and about today.

A champion of the people emerges with the age-old and appealing promise of "something for nothing" - to be financed through every-increasing taxes. Supply and demand are thrown out of gear - the overhead goes up; the effective use of human energy goes down; the standard of living is lowered because money cannot buy wealth that is not produced.
