    EC rejects Ireland's emissions plan

The European Commission has demanded changes to Ireland's plan to cut greenhouse gas emissions after the Government was revealed as being among the EU's worst performers on tackling climate change.

    Talk about Stockholm Syndrome.

Poor Ibis has been demented for years.

Where is Eamon Ryan these days. Once upon a short time ago Mr. Smug was always on the airways ; is he peddling the water off the floodplains?

Ireland's greenhouse gas limits should be five(5) times higher than they are. Agreeing to cut Ireland's emissions is the same as saying that this country must forgo industrial development or expansion(which will suit the Europeans very well, the Germans don't need any extra competition).

It is the the height of governmental incompetence for the FF'ers to agree to cutting emissions and negligence by the media for not pointing it out to them!

I thought FF's master plan to cut ghg emissions was to force everybody to emigrate.

And in the meantime I bet the FF induced destruction of the economy has taken care of any worries about excess CO2 emissions.
