    Stockholm Syndrome's a rather nasty disease !

They might have picked it up when McDowell sneezed on them back in 2007 at the RDS.

    Dublin GP candidate Euros 4%
More independent PD councillors than Greens

    Unsafe TDs -
John Gormley Minister for the environment
    Eamon Ryan Minister for energy
    Ciaran Cuffe
    Paul Gogarty

Trevor Seargeant said he would not lead Greens into Govt. with FF and then did the 'moral' thing and stood down as leader which makes it all right and then took a ministerial position

FF's mandate! to govern is based on the support of this party disgraced former FG'er Michael Lowry, Minister for private Healthcare Mary Harney, Jackie Healy Rae and Finian McGrath

Note to the Greens: if you do manage to hang on till 2012 FF TDs might be saved but you wont be

Indeed. A much better analogy than my gang one!
A P.ie moderator stated this on June 25th 2010: P.ie tolerates very broad free speech, and thus allows sectarian bigotry etc

Will the Greens even be in a position to defend a single Dáil seat in the next election? Sargeant would probably hold onto his, but I can't see any of the others holding theirs.
    Hail to the king.

the Greens took a thumping in Dublin North - despite Clever Trevor's low profile and 'I won't offend anyone' approach - he is in there voting for the taxes and cuts and people will punish him. The Government currently have three from Four in Dublin North - they will lose two. My prediction now - because things are only going to get worse for the Government - 1FF - 1FG - 1LP - 1 Socialist Party.

They have 6 TDs and 3 Councillors

With that erosion of their base, they can't possibly expect to hold Dáil seats
