Did AIB Better Ireland Sponsor City Councillors Campaign

Waiting for a bus in Inchicore today saw a one the local elections candidates convoy go past that included a bus donated to some youth organisation by AIB Better Ireland Awards with his posters in the windows and festooned with balloons - I had to do a double take on it - did anyone else see seemed a bit odd to me. Unfortunately didnt get a chance to take a photo

Seen that myself it was Vincent Jackson who is a independent standing in Ballyfermot,he should not be using a community bus for elections.
