I'm opposed to the expenses scandal campaign. We have politicians here who mysteriously gave away our gas and others who were Ministers of Finance with no bank account. I am not interested in whether or not someone has charged the regilding of their hamsters cage to expenses. It should be dealt with, repaid with interest and then move on. It there was corruption or criminality, call the police in. Most of the scandals relate to matters of poor judgement and greediness, not to corruption.

This is a major push from right wing press to manipulate the public into a mob mentality.
I don't see any sign of anything coming out of it other than an even more right wing government and an even more unequal society.

Ah now, here... I won't have you saying that about Kathy.

She's an uber far-ultra-fund-right wing nutjob monster*. At least get it right!

[SIZE=1]*anybody who knows kathy and, well... who has a clue politically, knows that this is isn't true

Red Rose - you are fantastically dishonest. Of all the dirty tricks the Labour Party have gotten up to, this is one of the dirtiest. You've milked this non-story time and again - despite the fact you have been told several times, Sinnot had already done seven hours of work over night so that she could travel that morning. Not only that but she went straight to work in her constituency when she got back here. Being an MEP involves work both in Brussels/Strasbourg AND in Ireland. I was going to put Alan Kelly down as No 1 but I'm not going to do it now. Ferris gets it instead.

I think A. Kelly will get my no.1 by default, everyone else just has some kind of voodoo mark on them, like Sinnott here and her crazy extremist ways masked as an old luvvy.

Might give one of the obscure candidates a no.1 and transfer to A. Kelly just in case those neo con links have something to them.
