Blatant copyright infringement by Libertas and Fianna Fail

I don't know who is designing Caroline Simon's leaflets or Ronan Callely's posters but the short-sightedness and lack of cop is staggering.

Ronan Callely's election posters in Dublin display the Facebook logo at roughly the same size as the Fianna Fail one.

Facebook's Statement of Rights and Responsibilities contains the following:
"You will not use our copyrights or trademarks (including Facebook, the Facebook and F Logos, FB, Face, Poke, Wall and 32665) without our written permission."

Ronan's response to being asked at what time he had received said permission was, "I wasn't quite sure on that one." FF has declined to say whose decision it was to put said logo on the posters.

And now Libertas' Caroline Simons!

The audacity here is spectacular. I don't know if all Libertas' leaftets contain this but... Jesus.

Have you noticed the little gold harp with silver strings on a silver field on the bottom right of her leaflets? Do you think it bears a striking 100% similarity to this: File:Coat of arms of Ireland.svg - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Libertas are using the coat of arms of the President of Ireland on their election literature. On a scale of one to stupid that is surely stratospherically dumb.
