nor 'bi' as in sexual or 'bye' as in bye-bye....
Maybe "bi-election" is how one might define an attempt to stand in both a Dáil and Euro election, or a Dáil and Council election (Maureen O'Sullivan, Christy Burke)?

Of course Caroline Simons wouldn't agree with that kind of innuendo. Tut tut

Because we're busy enough running candidates in the European elections.

I think they are doing it the right way,the EU gets them noticed ,if they even take a few seats in the EU,they have a good platform to build off for national elections.Every new party has to start somewhere and Ganley is not afraid to rattle the cages of the bloated established parties. They continue to attack and gang up on the man so it shows they fear him,it might take a bit of the complacency and sense of entitlement out of the established parties, make them work to earn their crust instead of waffling and writing avoidance problem letters.

Then when Lisburn 2 comes up they have a few elected officials (i dont think they would have any (MEP or TD)) and could run a high profile campaign with elected officials....
A champion of the people emerges with the age-old and appealing promise of "something for nothing" - to be financed through every-increasing taxes. Supply and demand are thrown out of gear - the overhead goes up; the effective use of human energy goes down; the standard of living is lowered because money cannot buy wealth that is not produced.

I hope they eventually run in Dail and local-elections too. The old order has failed this country. Leinster House has become an echo-chamber for elites who have lost touch with their people.

    Yawn.

The reality is that unless Ganley gets elected, they're finished as a political force
