If we were all born equal we would all be white, middle-class, middle-aged men!
In fairness this is a big coup for Libertas.
He is seen as a national hero in many sectors of Poland.
hes huge in Poland and played a huge part in their history. It shall certainly be interesting to see what he says
If we were all born equal we would all be white, middle-class, middle-aged men!
Walesa got just 1% of the vote on his last electoral outing (the 2000 Presidential Election). Saying he's still "huge" there is a bit of a stretch
He's something of the elder statesman now though. I suspect it's the mix of right-of-centre politics and Catholicism that appeals to him.
Isn't it a tad ironic that one of the trade union movement's international heroes is addressing the founding congress of an organisation that supports strike-breaking?
maybe he became wiser with age
