if these are real - wow!

Greens would be mad to walk though. To make an electoral breakthrough they will need to be seen as a serious party able to rough it through a downturn. If they start wavering they'll be pigeon-holed as unserious, flakey and spineless. If they can say in 2012 that they were part of a government that took the country through the rough times they will become a third force in irish politics and hold the balance of power next time around.

To save himself Cowen though will need to reshuffle. Lenihan cant stay there after this budget performance. Coughlan and Harney must also look vulnerable.

Agreed, but the pool of talent within FF is pretty limited!

Dev Óg just about managed to get through Saturday View by shouting interuptions at everyone else, how the guy is still in Politics amazes me!

Christ that's unreal. Have FF ever been that low in any poll before and has FG ever been above of FF, never mind 8% higher then FF?

    Apparently not since 1927.
Every one sees what you appear to be, few really know what you are, and those few dare not oppose themselves to the opinion of the many, who have the majesty of the state to defend them.

Personally, I'd wait for word from Kerrynorth. And I'd still say the MRBI poll holds more water. That said RED C are the only genuine rivals to MRBI at this point as IMS/Millard Brown are very unreiliable and that Quantum of Nonsense crowd for the Sindo are totally useless.
Dan Sullivan. I was back but we still couldn't all have a vote.
