    Maurice received 30 1st preference votes in the 2007 GE in Cork South Central. He had no expenses.

    I've heard whisperings that Peader Clohessy could be running in Munster.

    Doubt they'll prove to be true after the demise of the Progressive Democrats.

    I'd say we can probably take for granted that that witch from my own constituency, Kathy Sinnot, will be running in Munster as well.

    Well she's ripped off her constituents.

    No matter who runs, I don't think it's going to solve our Lisbon
    problem, the Taoiseach has a deadline in a few days time, to
    report on the Irish decision. The elections might give us a new start,
    but usually don't.
