    Boundary Commission

Got a phone call this afternoon letting me know the Boundary Commission sent its recommendations to the Minister, this morning.

So it will either be this evening or tomorrow that it will be made public, that is if the Minister keeps his word this time.

This time next year the local elections will be over

Has Gormley got his gerrymander and fixed the (Dublin) seats to be more representative rather than local ie 5+ seaters?

I thought it wasn't out until Friday.

It has to be with the Minister by Friday.

Should make for an interesting read for any aspiring local election candidates!

(gormely)mandering took place with the terms of reference, so I'd expect the changes to be very favorable to the Green Party.

Has he not got rid of all the three seaters?

Surprised he still hasn't published it yet, maybe the commission didn't do what he hoped it would?

Is there bad news for the Green Party in the Commission, is that why he is delaying publishing it?

I'd imagine he's reading it himself first, and forming his own opinion, before releasing it. Because he can.
