I am an Irish citizen who lives mostly outside the EU.

I want to register for a postal vote for the upcoming referendum on the treaty.

I want to vote "no" to the selling out of the Irish Republic by the crooks in the Dail.

I'm kind of emotionally attached to my nationality, God knows why.

Can anyone tell me how to get info on this?

Although from that site it says
"If you are an Irish citizen living abroad you cannot be entered on the Register of electors. This means that you cannot vote in an election or referendum here in Ireland. (The only exception to this is in the case of Irish officials on duty abroad (and their spouses) who may register on the postal voters list)"

and also that "Applications for inclusion on the Postal Voters List must be received by 25 November at the latest"
