ST says FF want to nominate Mark Durkan https://www.thetimes.co.uk/article/u...seat-m5qwm9fwb

does he any knowledge and practical experience of the following interests and services, namely, agriculture and allied interests, and fisheries? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mark_Durkan

checking what he said about Seanad before.

2013 SDLP MP Mark Durkan said: “In relation to further reforms, I would like to see the Seanad (Senate) retained on an elected, regional basis – which of course would include members from the North.”

7mDisappointed @CllrJoeConway excluded from running in seanad elections. A great guy but he can do it next time!

Is the new Seanad clerk talking the knowledge and experience qualifications condition seriously unlike the previous one?

How is the promised reform of the Seanad going I wonder? Reform was promised by the senators themselves when the referendum to abolish it was defeated but almost five years later what has been achieved?
