BFM announcing that Macron is leaving Le Touquet and coming to Paris which hadn't been planned - possibly sounds like he's expecting to be busy this evening? Or maybe something else altogether?

Whether Muslims end the EU through bombs or whether the split in European opinion about whether we should tolerate them here causes such hatred that we split, muslims may end the EU.

The EU was a great idea and could have been a good thing but once again in European history the Germans fooked it up. If Le pen wins, the EU is over.

It will be a major surprise if Macron fails to get into the run off.

Very late reports said Fillon was moving up again after Thursday's attack - maybe (just guessing here) by middle of the roaders tempted by Macron but now more afraid that the attack will help Le Pen.

    So who knows?

It really has been a nail biter right to the end!

Rillettes are a delicacy made in Le Mans. That's Fillon's bailiwick.

Expect references to it during the day.

On a cuisine note, the rillettes made in the Loire are much less fatty and far superior to those from Le Mans.
Especially the ones from Vouvray. Going to pop open a jar of them later and consume with the eponymous wine.

It would be great for the people of France if that psycho macron fails to get into the run off.

LePen is the only one who will do anything to save France from the muslim invasion, the rest will bring France to oblivion.

Mélenchon has threatened to leave the Eurozone, unless France can stop the EU's austerity policies.

It would be interesting to see Mélenchon and Le Pen get through. In that scenario who would the MSM tacitly favour? I suspect Le Pen, subtly.

lack of leadership will end the EU, Merkel's self destructive actions over the last few years no doubt tipped the Brexit vote. At this stage countries like Greece must feel like one of the outer districts in the hunger games
