FF to lose 15 seats in General Election?

    Todays Sunday Tribune has bleak news for FF. But where are the vunerable seats? ,.... Some Dublin Suggestions;

    Dublin North; GV Wright
    Dublin North West; Pat Carey
Dublin North East;M Woods seat(if he retires)
    Dublin North Central;Sean Haughey
Dublin South East;Eoin Ryans seat ( unless he decides to run)
    Dublin South Central;Michael Mulchay
    Dublin South West;Charlie Oconnor
    Dun Laoghaire; Barry Andrews

So thats 6 or 8 possibilities?

    Any other suggestions?

I haven't heard much of him on the national front, but apparently he's getting a name for being a good constituency man... can't remember who I heard that from though.

Consider one definitely lost in Cork SW.

Dublin Central - Dermot Fitzpatrick (or "who?" as he's known around here)

I wouldnt call loosing 15seats 'bleak'. In fact, if they were to loose only 15seats at the next GE, they would likely lead the next government.

That being said, I hear/hope Joe Callanan in Galway E. is unlikely to keep his seat.

I have a suspicion Lenihan, the Minister for Kebabs, could be more at risk than O'Connor - hard to say though. As for other Dublin seats at risk, surely Dermot Fitzpatrick in Dublin Central, and possibly one in Dublin South if Brennan doesn't run.

The majority cannot therefore be the elite.

Ireland interests are best secured within a more dynamic EU. Vote YES to Lisbon.

Yes, why not. I'm not pretentious enough to think we'll win a seat. It will either be FG, ind or Labour, but more than likely FG.
