    Anybody should be allowed run for election once they are of voting age.

    Even those who refuse to pay their taxes?

    What about those who refuse to pay what they owe to State banks while they try to keep their assets?

    Could you clarify what you mean by distinguishing between “Insolvent People” and “ Insolvent Individuals”
