    Is this right?

I went to vote at lunch and while I was filling out my polling card I heard one of the clerks who hands out ballot papers explaining what the two referendums where about and in a biased manner too.

Surely they should remain silent and point out that each polling was attached with the wording.

While you're at it, mention your (imaginary) friend who works for the local radio station.

No doubt the same clerks have more than likely taken a day of work to provide this valuable service. I am sure when I go to my polling station I will be greeted by the local councillors sons, who take the day away from their supermarket and bookies shop. Scandoulous how these hungry bastards can get away with this and half a million people unemployed.

That's not the place to report anything to do with the conduct of polling. You need to report anything about the Presiding Officer or Polling Clerk to the County Registrar who is in the local County Circuit Court Offices.
