They really wouldn't... and the idea Gregory would see any kinship because once long ago B. Ahern was a union shop steward is entertaining, but wide of the mark...

Tis gas talking to the kids isn't it WBS.

So many naive posts on this forum in the last few weeks. Can't wait until a government is formed and we can go back to more political discussion

Have to agree RoC... Have to agree...

I really wish people would talk about what they know. For example, I have very little grasp of internal FG politics, or FF for that matter. I think it's presumptuous at best, and foolish at worst to start talking about how individuals like McGrath or Gregory will act in any given set of circumstances when those who talk have zero interaction with them.

    I QUOTE ROC

"I'd have nothing to do with BCF in any SF arrangement.

I would however deal with Lowry"

"ROC" ....Are you a politician or a negotiator within Sinn Fein?

Do YOU know Beverly Flynn personally? And if you are not indeed a politician/negotiator within Sinn Fein, is it fair to say that you do not have any contact with either of the people you spoke of above?

Two things; making presumptions regarding peoples ages on a forum is wide of the mark and a little immature.

Secondly, I am from Dublin 7, which by the way is in the constituency that Gregory and Ahern both share. True he told the Tribune a number of weeks ago the follwoing; “I’ll talk to anyone but I’d say I’d be the last one he will contact, ” but if you know your history, (unless your a kid lol) 1982, CJ Haughey needed support and he did a deal with Gregory. They werent great mates either.

Comments like that aren't really helpful either. Its a forum, its here for people to speculate and opinionate. Naively or otherwise.
